Excuse me? Shabby little clinics in back alleys? Sorry, but as someone who taught school in that city and who just recently returned from there, I can tell you that while poverty and shabby little clinics certainly exist there, that is certainly NOT the sort of clinic that Americans are offered. The first thing you see as you cross the border are many, many pharmacies - some of the cleanest I have ever seen. Perhaps you should travel there yourself before you call people dishonest.
