huge ascaris problem,help...

Does any one Know how to kill large Ascaris that has migrated outside intestine. I am on beginning of week three of mop up. As soon as I start to feel a little better, after enemas, herbs, cleanses, colosan, betonite clay, diatamacious earth, and pau d arco tea I feel large worm lay eggs.AS I start to feel clean large worm moves. I feel it leave what seems to be my spleen, not sure, I feel it around tenth rib on left side. I also feel muscles near colar bone twitch, then 20 to 40 min later I feel eggs in digestive track. Wassabi cleanse and coffe enemas seem to keep eggs from hatching in liver and cystic ducts, but it constant battle I cant keep this up much longer, they become resistant to vitamins, cleanses, herbs, medicines. I can feel them fighting back intensly. help?
