I just want to say thankyou to everyone for their very helpful advice. I've started colon cleansing and as soon as I can afford it I'll go for the colon therapy.
I have very little appetite at the moment with the flu, but I'll go back on the anti candida diet, including the coconut oil.
I have done oil pulling and found it great but with my current cough it's near impossible, so once the cough is gone I'll get back to it, I also have chronic hayfever which can often make oil pulling an interesting experience when you need to sneeze.
I have used charcoal in tablet and capsule form in the past and will look into it again.
As far as the difflucan goes, it would be quite an expensive practise here is Australia as they are $20 per tablet. My naturapath recommended taking one as a kick start.
I'll start a parasite cleanse tomorrow as well as taking a Liver Cleansing supplement.
