Re: Interested in a Full Moon Liver Flush on Sept 15?

I did my liver 9th flush last night (being the 15th of Sep.) and it was indeed my most productive and least painful. Usually I'm retching bile and oil after a few hours cleansing and don't sleep but this time I woke up and was extremely nauseous but did not vomit. I also was able to go back to sleep which I am grateful for. I have only done the Hulda Clark cleanse. This time did not use Ornithine which I suspected of making my nausea worse, and I slept on my right side throughout the night which also helped. I also had the most productive flush yet. The stones were on average the size of a US penny which is double the average size of my first 8 flushes. These stones were on average much darker as well.

I can't conclude the reasons for such success yet (in relation to the full moon), but I also felt positive about this flush which I'm sure did help. After my last flush I had a migraine every single day and became pretty ill which delayed my flush, but yesterday I did not have a migraine so I went for it. I failed to do an enema in a timely manner after my last flush so I think that played a part in my getting sick and the daily migraines. I won't make the same mistake again (well, I hope anyway)!

Anywho, I started encapsulating the ES the last couple of flushes and that has helped with my tolerance of the wretched tasting substance as well. Hopefully I don't get migraines like after that last flush.
