Re: count me in
hey brett,
i considered my last few flushes to have failed because i didn't pass stones, just some small amount of chaff. i was really looking for relief because i have been in more or less constant pain for some months now. i was hoping that a flush would ease some of the congestion of the gb. ultrasound shows it to be very full, which is perhaps why it is difficult to get some movement.
recently i have done 2 clark flushes and the last one was the kelley flush. (5 years ago did an oo and lemon juice flush that was v successful. 2 years ago tried the same with no results of any sort.) i thought i might try the kelley again - because it has had the most results so far and i get to eat a bowl of creAM AND fruit! yum, a very rare treat. it also incorporates several enemas. i find these too uncomfortable though to actually retain for any length of time. nevertheless, they are still probably useful. i will try anything to get these babies moving.
i also try hot water bottles, massage and visualisation during the flushing process.
i will take a look at the moritz cleanse too on your recommendation.
have in fact ceased to have constant pain since i began eating a beet salad a couple of days a week.
and must also say on a very positive note, this gb problem has greatly restricted my intake of food and got me exercising again so am losing lots of weight. do think perhaps would be best to keep these beasties until i lose another 10 kilo's.
there is a large time diff between u.s and australia. we are 16 hours ahead generally - i'm assuming you are american, am i right?
love the idea of doing a group flush, well done.
