Is it the way I roll my r's, my drawn-out vowel sounds or something else that makes you think I am an American? :)) Just to let you know, I am living in Poland, flying to the US in a couple of months and will return to my "real home" in May, to coincide with my Nan's 85th birthday :) Where from? I am a vegemite kid, like you :)

I will read more about the Clark and Kelley flushes, but I've had consistently rewarding results with what Andreas prescribes. Seems you're doing everything to help move those stones along, but I am curious if your flushes involve using magnesium sulphate ( Epsom Salts ) that open the bile ducts wider to allow the stones to pass through more freely?

You reminded me of a funny story when you mentioned beet salad. When I first joined curezone I was juicing like crazy, mostly carrots, apples and Celery root. I read about the benefits of juicing beets. Without hesitation, went to the shop bought a couple of kilos and proceeded to drink about 1 litre of pure beet juice... woah :))) TOYOTA!! ... toasty fingers, toes, all-over body tingling, boundless energy from the Sugar hit - not unlike a high I'd experienced using substances "you cannot buy in the supermarket" :)
