I like it! I plan to break a juice fast (today is Day 18) on Tuesday, then flush after about a week of a good clean break. That's... about the 15th! I may well just join you!

Sounds like an excellent plan, and I join you in inviting newbies. Anyone still letting fear hold them back... don't! It's basic Plumbing 101, REALLY works like a charm, cheap... a small hassle and slightly icky, true, but what cleanse ISN'T (the truly delicious cilantro pesto that chelates heavy metals aside).
