I won't say your screen name, but the new thread is for you, and for the many who are just beginning.

It will be about my zig-zag journey to well-being...and I'll call it 'The Crooked Road'.

I'll start in an hour or two, right after I finish my 'job' of sorting bottles and cans.

I love it! It's getting me moving...and every part of me benefits. Plus I have great company doing it...my 84 year-old active husband!
