I strongly recommend you read Andreas Moritz' Amazing Liver and Gallbladder flush because it is the best health book I've read in 30 years about how all the organs work and how they all stem off the liver. This is important understanding when you are looking at kidney problems and getting the liver clean to help take the load off.. Sandra Cabot's juicing book is also very good (and her story of her grandmother recovering from 'fatal' kidney situation back in the day when the hubby had to hand press all the juices). Personally, I was so full of parasites that after the first round of Huma, my gallbladder/liver was so badly clogged that all my worst pain came back so thank God I was re-introduced to liver flushing at that time.
(Cabot also wrote a liver book about how the weight comes off when a person gets more liver friendly -- but she doesn't get into the parasites seriously enough.)
