I placed an order on August 3 and am still waiting as well. Believe me we all feel the same way you do, desperate for our orders because the products are great.

On the other hand, with the total loss of his home and warehouse, and the fact that they had 6000 pending orders, it's understandable that they are taking a little longer to make the orders and send them out. I say please be patient, I believe RG and his team are doing the best they can and besides it will be worth the wait.
