Update: vitamin E and fish oil so far helping a lot

thanks very much for all your advice.

Heres and update on my situation:

I have been to the doctors recently and these tests were ok: thyroid, liver, blood Sugar etc. Ultra sound has shown no gallstones, and it shouldn't considering I've done so many Liver Flushes and the last few no stones have come out, just gravel.
The only thing potentially problematic was high a high red cell count and high triglyceride. I know I have gilberts syndrome also from the high bilirubin.

I went to see an Iridologist and she said I have adrenal exhaustion, plus potential parasites and mucous in my intestine, and a prolapse bowel.

I am still awaiting a saliva test for my adrenals.

I have had mixed improvement from different supplements. Initially I had success with stool colour changes from yellow to brown by taking chanca piedra. Then taking lecithin helped this also, but its not been consistent.

Learning that I have thicker blood, from high red cell count, poor circulation, and gilberts syndrome, and family heritage of heart attacks I tried experimenting with Vitamin E to help thin my blood. I began with just 400iu, and now taking it 2 times a day. I am experiencing a new wave of energy and sleeping better and abdominal cramps have subsided to a dull ache, rather than a radiating pain.

Like all nutritional programs I have seen initial improvement but nothing has lasted, so, touch wood, this is going to work more long term.
