You may actually be lymphatic type based on the blue iris with some liver stress-
This is also confirmed with the orange-brown spots in the liver area of the iris (right eye) which may indicate tissue degeneration or poor liver function - it goes along with the fat metabolism issues you indicate. Orange type spots can also indicate poor pancreas activity and compromised carbohydrate metabolism.
Not sure if it's the camera angle but appears to be a cloudy ring which can indicate lymphatic congestion, as per information below.
