Re: Update: vitamin E and fish oil so far helping a lot

An Inversion table would be good for a sagging transverse colon. Your iridologist will probably put you on pantothenic acid for the adrenal glands plus you will want to eat foods with phosphorus, calcium and sodium. For myself I have just discovered using kelp is also good for adrenal glands. I have a post in the Ask Moreless forum discussing my eyebrows growning in thicker after using it.

Your eyes reveal you have alot more going on than just adrenals and iridology shows where your weaknesses are and not disease....well, a very trained iridologist may be able to see disease due to experience but they are not suppose to say you have a disease, only that you have weak areas. Weak areas are where you will, one day, if not now, more likely have trouble.
