You need to also cleanse you intestines to get rid of the mucoid plaque build up(which hangs on to years of nasty stuff) heres a NATURAL recipe that sounds good ( I havent tried it) go to ehow.com look up how to do a cleansing fast for the large intestine.I found two products that seem good at Walgreens 1,100% Pomegranate juice ,I will use this in enamas and drinks mixed with the herbs listed below as anti parasite maintanence)2. a box of cleansing herbs called Whole Body Cleanse.(they dont include parisite killer,these are to dissolve mucoid plaque) for around $25.00.I wont take as much of the herbs daily as they recommend, as I think smaller amounts will suffice ,the amount they suggest overloads ones system ,I feel.I dissolve or empty some of the tablets in water or juice and administer them as enemas to myself because I feel any drug is more affective if applied directly to the rectal/bowel area rather than being diluted by going through the digestive system, this is only my own theory but I am going to try these enemas on my self during my next cleanse.Have clean Vaseline on hand for anal burning,I never fast during a cleanse but instead I add lots of corn ,raw brocalli raw cauliflower raw Celery raw carrots,these can be combined with your favorite foods during a clease ,but definately eat these because they are obviously filled with fiber and will help your body to remove the old gunk in your colon after the herbs and or juices dissolve it , these vegetables among others are actually called colon scrapers.
