Yes, I thought it was a high dose also. But this MD is extremely cautious, and in fact (for example) will not prescribe more than 3 pills of Stromectol (Ivermectin) a day - and then three weeks later same dose. Another example is her adminstration of Albendazole. Two a day (200mg) for fourteen days. A low dose. After each second round I was required to have an LFT.
I researched the Prazi dosage night and day for weeks, leaving no stone unturned, and she was right on the money according to my body weight. Second round is the toughest. The following produced almost no effect. I believe I developed resistance. Without question resistance developed with Albendazole, because it was the easiest to take I took it most often. Same with Stromectol. They are candy.
My diagnosis was incredibly thorough. It was the MD who began to suspect
parasites (while I'd already tested positive for a fungal infection) and sent me to a microbiologist/parasitologist who then ordered live blood analysis. This test revealed trematodes and nematodes in blood. Mercury and extremely high Strontium (radio-active levels). Three fungi, and Candida: C. tropicalis and C. paratropicalis (from C. albicans) and C. stellatoidea. Some of those levels considered benign.
Reality is that fungal and parasitic infections notoriously come hand in hand, as most know. Explains the multiple pharmaceuticals.
The MD works with an ND who was first in line to begin my treatment. Various herbal (proprietary of course) tinctures. Quite expensive. Did not tolerate them well. It was the ND who suggested moving into the pharmaceuticals. First Albenza, with a small dose of Prazi which increases the potency of the Albendazole. After that round we then went for the full dose of Biltricide, aka Prazi. The others were drugs I read about and after consulting with the team of doctors MD gradually introduced those.
The purpose in the various antihelmetics and antifungals was to avoid resistance to any particular one.
Had I followed the program to the letter, I might have made leaps and bounds. First few months major improvements. MD also put me on Glutiothione and H20 IV, suggested
Iodine and a specific formula of pharmaceutical vitamins. Both ND and MD set me up with blood electrification and "neo"-Rife treatments.
Of everything, I gained most long standing benefit from the iodine, the blood electrification, and the frequency therapies.
Why am I still fighting? I believe because I did not put enough effort into the blood purification and the frequency generator due to too many set backs from the drugs. I'm now returning to those approaches and will see what happens.
Bottom line - it's an immunity issue. Until we re-establish this, recovery is impossible, IMO.
