How about taking TWENTY of the lbb instead of staking your life on muscle testing with only 5? Or you could take a bottle of magnesium citrate from the grocery pharmacy. I take the lbb instead of the Shluze formula #1 because at least the formula from '93(it used to say African Bird pepper on it so maybe they toned it down) burned my guts even buried in carbs. BUt I believe Shulze when he said he could make people poop even when they were headed for surgery becauase I had a friend who almost never pooped and she's been swearing by that stuff every day since 1993. Once you get something outta there, consider the liver flush again. My Dad's guts totally shut down ; No bile = no peristalsis. Focus on candida as the main problem = die. You have to get a grip on yourself.
I also had a friend whose intestines literally were knotted over themselves. No nothing could pass for a week and she was in true agony before emegency surgery. You have been dealing with this for months. They say there is no extra room there in the guts so everything gets smushed when things get stuffed and inflamed.
OR even just plain enemas to get started. Have you ever tried drinking a LOT of aloe vera juice? Good luck.
