Epsom salts

WSW, ES opens up the bile ducts, but not as well as the Ultraphos. This has been my experience. Early on, with all the stones I had and the size of them, I did get some stuck in the duct with just the ES. I am referring to the Clark flush.
If the body needs the magnesium sulfate, then it absorbs most of it. If it doesn't, then it causes diarrhea along with some dehydration and weakness. It is a cathartic, so I found it did clean me out some of the food I had eaten, but didn't do anything to clean out my colon.
If I got something stuck in the common bile duct between liver flushes down here at the tail end of things--just before the liver takes over and can pass this stuff by itself-- then the 1 TBSP of the ES in a cup of water will help stuff to pass.
I am finding that some stuff does gets stuck in the bile duct just by doing the EVOO at night, then some small stones try to pass, I haven't prepared for a coke flush, then by taking the ES like this, the stuff WILL pass.
I also found that cleaning out the colon changed everything in the way things work in relation to taking the ES and getting diarrhea from it. Maybe I am absorbing it.
The Ultraphos is just a vasodilator--opens up the common bile duct--and not a cathartic, so it doesn't cause diarrhea, dehydration and weakness. Hence the more solid consistency of the stool after the coke flush.
Magnesium is a muscle relaxer. Maybe you absorbed some of the magnesium sulfate and that helped with the nausea? Dunno. If you can get it down without it causing nausea. Doc, what's your explanation?
