I've been doing UT for a while, not noticing any difference (it's been about 4 months), so I can't really help your question. Now I am on a urine fast. But your experience interests me, because a few times I have tried "something new" - a touted physical or psychlogical healer, and it has worked the first day, sometimes the first few days, giving me energy, euphoria, and so on - and then nothing. Back to usual desperate ill health. I swear it's not placebo, and it can't be a drug effect, because it even happened when I used to try subliminal tapes! It drives me crazy, because no-one can tell me what it is - of course, I've tried ask all the people who were selling me the stuff (which one can't do with urine, anyway!), and they are clueless. They just say it's still working, keep on using it,that means it's working but maybe you have "resistance" - I hate that word they always throw at you for something NOT WORKING! It's always been so bitter to be faced with this reality of hitting a wall with something that cannot be taken down. When one had such a glimpse, you know....of what life could be, of what you could be. Then taken from one. And I don't know what it is and no-one seems to. So if anyone knows about this vanishing trick, if it really is just temporary or if it's rather, as I fear, an adaptation my body quickly makes to _good_ so that good no longer has effect (as alcohol no longer has the same effect on the adaptive system of a drinker), I'd be pleasedto hear it, and perhaps it would pertain to anja's dilemma as well.
