If you use Iodine and since you don't have a serious problem then this may be also effective. Most people use lugol's
Also zapping may help with the bursitis so you could consider that.
Lugols externally may help with the skin tags as it has been shown to do so
You could or course try Miracle-Mineral-Supplement externally also but read the instructions carefully
