I, by sheer accident, was using NAC (N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine) from Nutricology that also had trimethylglycine (TMG) in it (and ribonucleic acid & alpha-lipoic acid)
And, the one month total body detox the Dr just had me do, HCL (betaine), and a HCL activator was taken 3x a day. From what I was reading about the HCL activator, it aids in methylation-
My question is: If I am taking the HCL (betaine) after each meal, plus drinking raw beet juice and eating beets...would I need more TMG too? The NAC I just ordered doesn't have the TMG- just NAC.
