Re: Once upon a time

oh, coffee enema, I have read about those, lots of people say the same thing... but I never drink coffee so there is never any in the house... I am a green tea freak. all day long.. green tea green tea... always a cup on my desk...

maybe I should buy some coffee though.. Bentonite clay in the enemas is superb too. soem H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) now and then... I am pretty relieved I haven't felt a dire need to do enemas more than once every couple weeks lately. I think when I got that relapse after dumping so much crap after that one liver flush.. I did lots of enemas after that.. for a couple months.. but I think I really unloaded a major lot of toxins during that time. My fingernails, my thumbnails especially, really tell a story. when I do enemas a lot they look a lot healthier. They have been ridging real bad the past 18 months and that has really cleared up of late. They look a lot pinker, lighter, cleaner. I guess I had to dump that load at some point somehow.

You know what I did? Yeah I ate the cilantro pesto before the liver flush... but also.. I used Iodine instead of Black-Walnut hull tincture in the olive oil mix... and then a few hours after I was all finished with the flush.. I was just drinking juice and stuff styill.. I downed a shot of vodka to maybe kill any bacteria in that got flushed out yes indeed i sure did heh... and that may have been what really did the trick. I got sooo constipated the mext few days and all that crap was recirculating I know that... but when I finally got things moving again, the bathroom smelled like a metal factory when I was finished, for a few days... a lot of metal came out.

the metal smell was pretty hefty my first week of DE use too.

I think the biggest problem I have with the synthetic chelators is that they remove a lot of minerals along with mercury, lead etc but don't replace them. There seems to be a good trade off going on with the cilantro and garlic routine. and the DE helps whole bunches now too.

I do have to get more selenium supplements I am out but I am eating plenty of veggies. Cod liver oil is also an essential. and coconut oil.

I cannot eat fish anymore. maybe a good thing. I probably infested myself with parasites due a love of oysters on the half shell. who knows what else. oysters don't look real appealing after the Iowa floods anymore anyway. I'd probably have done just as well fishing a manhole cover. the chinese immigrants actually do that in NYC you know. Put their fishing poles down the manholes and catch eels... not joking.. they used to anyway when i was living there. early in the morn you'd see them out there near canal street with their fishing poles... so appealing.
