stay hydrated. dont be afraid of proteins for a while. in proper combination, of course.

i am still not sure what causes it, but if i eat a steak, it comes out smelling like diesel fumes. is it that the meat is already contaminated in trnsit to slaughter or ar the proteins attaching to these microscopic particles fromt he deadly smog from vehicles?

what a con job the epa has pulled. cant see it, cant smell it, must not be anything to worry about, right? DEAD WRONG. REALLY DEAD! more dying every day, in fact. (he was so young" they say. "he was the picture of health" they proclaim. "what a shock"!
