Thats exactly right Michelle its called healing crisis or die off or Herxiemers syndrome! It part of the reason without knowing it that many stop doing certain cleanse because they get sick and think the cleanse or treatment is bad for them! The stronger and quicker the cleanse the stronger the reaction generally! Garlic and saltwater are known for these strong reaction because die off of parasites and virises when dead actually emit toxins that produce acetylaldyhydes the same toxins that produce hangovers! Thats another reason to flush the colon after these cleanses or treatments!
