Thank you Thorn for that. Although exercise is good b/c it raises the progesterone levels I am taking some time off to go through the healing crises. I teach fitness for a living. I have two weeks before going back to work so I am eating only whole organic raw foods and practicing UT. I am hoping with this and the help of herbs I can knock it out of the body. I have not heard anything from real women who have conquered this through natural practices. I hope to have a unique story to share at some point....soon:)
