Vitaliser Plus

Be very very careful with the Vitaliser Plus or any other quality structured water making unit. I have a Vitaliser Plus and they are stunning and the metabolism gets a good kick for sure.

Its a MUST if you use this device that you take the correct balance of Himalayan or other quality salt. This water hydrates and works fast so you will suffer quicker if you don't balance the salts over a period of time. I think this is what happened to me. I need a new mineral block but importing is such a pain!

27 minute water is awesome but 54 minutes will take your head off in large amounts. I had black eyes the next morning after drink 500ml of 54 minutes haha it does say only sips throughout the day but I thought lets try it. Tweet
