You need to study hard on Dr.Batmanghelidj! Do as Lapis said but also buy yourself the best natural salt available known as Himalayan Salt. Take everything in Balance! You've drunk 10 glasses a day of water but not balanced it out with proper salt and minerals so yes your just urinating it out almost. If your 250lbs you need a lot of water and salt, 125
ounces of water (4 litres) of water a day and 1 tsp of salt in total (1/4 for every litre of water). Initally I would start off by taking 1/2 tsp of Himalayan salt in the morning with your first water session. Then 1/2 tsp on the night with your last sessions. You may wish to slightly increase the salt intake a little more to speed things along abit quicker as you need to build up a tiny reserve so to speak.
You should also know that 2 litres of water equals 4.6lbs of weight so you would be intaking 9.2lbs of water in total.
