Green leafy vegetables are very alkalising and Green Barley or Spirulina is another way. I would also suggest Cayenne Pepper. You can take them both but eventually just continue with the Himalayan Salt. Simply balancing water with salt will sort you out and more. Salt is also an alkaliser because it helps regulate acids.
