San, I think you have convinced me... [Links added]
...To, at least, try.
...Probably because of other things I've encountered that ring bells when you speak.
...The Alexander Technique, and its four statements, plus seeing the results in a friend who was, at one time, facing spinal fusion.
...The film, 'Think About It', beginning with the method of Zdenko Domancic, and continuing with the idea of 'constriction' in the body's energy field.

And, the statement, "You're not sick, you're just blocked."
...A kinesiologist who includes posture in her protocols.
...What little I have read about the Dorn Method. There's a forum here on CureZone.

...My own belief that posture is pulled out of alignment by tensions in parts of the body connected to unhappy life experiences.
(A few days ago I sat in the lobby of a hospital, and was amazed at the shapes and postures of the people passing through, ill and not. That made me think of my own shape and carriage.)
I don't know how I will incorporate this idea and improve my own spine/posture, because I tried a little yoga years ago, and couldn't do it...but I'll try something.
The Alexander Technique beckons, but it is mighty expensive...and takes at least one year...if you can find a qualified teacher near you.
Many thanks for sharing your experiences.
My best,

P.S. I am very convinced that the Himalayan crystal mineral salts bath, or foot or hand bath, balances the body's basic minerals/electrolytes...and dilutes bodily toxins.
That's the mineral salts from any deposit of an ancient dried-up ocean. These mineral salts have all been selected and balanced by plants, and the soil micro organisms that carry them to plants...and are beneficial to us.
Mine, from my local health food store, happened to come from the distributor
