I definately like it. Thanks for the link. I strongly beleive that even CANCER patients must do yoga and stretches. Strength and flexibilty is something which ppl ignore when it comes to these dreadful diseases.
I try to do YOGA everyday, even if its only for 20 minutes. Thats because it helps me move my bowels.
My favourite yoga is hanging upside down. I personally think inversion its most rejuvinatng and powerful form of yoga which tones the entire body.
