Re: The other side of the coin
Thanks Chris, yes I did utilize other items, one was music. I put together all the rock 'n' roll that gave me a lift and returned my mind back to the good old days 50s/60s when life was fun. I actually still do that every morning, Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis, Fats Domino, Lonnie Donegan, Buddy Holly and many more.
As for diet I avoid foods that have been spoilt by
additives for shelf-life, hormones for quick growth, colourings to make it attractive, it truly leaves little to consume. If I feel 'wrong' out comes my BP monitor, it is a must for without it I cannot observe. I have blood test at regular intervals.
I eat Broccoli, Cauliflower and all dark Green veges and Mackerel, they're a must.
I read a book some time back called "Sink or Float", Oxygen in ones food and digestive tract. It simply was to observe ones faeces after going to the loo, if it floated it was Oxygenated if not one had to check ones diet for the cause. Gross I know but it works.
Water of course to keep oneself hydrated.
Prayer to to enhance myself spiritually.
Even so WALKING was critical because of digestion of foods, Circulation and your deep breathing,Oxygen pumped into the blood, and of course exercising. I chose the banks of the Thames away from the daily gases of vehicles exhausts.
So Chris if there is anything that I've missed please let me know my friend, tomi.
