this all depends on your concept and belief system in the origins of disease, where I believe that the understanding of our DNA has very little to do with disease prevention.
I have personally been disease-free for nigh on thirty years, and rest assured in the knowledge that I will not be prone to any diseases of any kind in the future.
A sweeping statement perhaps, but behind this statement lies the ideology of the true cause of disease, and therefore its total & absolute prevention.

The discussions & debate re' vaccination and immunization is really superfluous to the subject matter, as it really is an irrelevancy to disease prevention for those that know otherwise.
One doctor I know of whose lifestyle conforms to this system of health care, maintenance and recovery, which is based on natural law and physiology, invited the medical profession to inject him with the rabies virus, and was even willing to sign a legal disclaimer and affidavit so as to relinquish any responsibility that they might incur as a result.
They declined.

I personally have no qualms about visiting foreign climes as I know I have total immunity against disease, or what is perceived as a disease-causing agent. This provides total peace of mind and the certainty of a long and healthy life, bar accident.
This knowledge is available to anyone if they have a mind to enquire further.

The posters here are talking in the conventional paradigm of disease causation, which is of course expounded by and promulgated by the established medical profession, and which is based on a total fallacy.

"It is exceedingly difficult to secure an honest hearing for any criticism of authority. Established beliefs are well nigh invulnerable because they are accorded infallibility by the masses who are educated to believe they will be damned for thinking, and because of this, few will tolerate opposition of any nature to anything they have been educated to believe. People who have their thinking done for them are always intolerant". Dr J H Tilden MD.
