Nothing too dramtic there. The herbs are probably making your stool harder. This happens to me. Look for things that are weird and float to the top of the water. Many parasites are microscopic, and you will not see them. Another sign of an "expulsion" is the odour. It will smell unlike anything your used to. Shroom
