I am no kind of an expert, but I've seen this mentioned before.
Guesses...
...
parasites emitting toxins to keep you from evacuating quickly, so their eggs etc. stay within your body.
...Certain foods are binding...cheese, of course, which is solid mould, I hear...and spinach, bananas, and maybe even rice, in some circumstances (white rice?). I was just going to see if I could find a list, or ask for one.
...It may be true that we lack soil micro organisms because we wash and 'purify' our foods too much. Someone said that soil micro organisms actually attack mucoid plaque, loosening it from the intestinal walls, and allowing it to move on out.
I hate grit, so, I'll wash garden foods in a basin, not under the hose, so as to let the grit fall to the bottom, and maybe get some micro organisms still clinging to the food.
We CAN'T avoid
parasite eggs, anyway. They are microscopic, and everywhere...even in the air.
If we are still breathing, we have an immune system that is working to some degree. We need to trust that, and build it, I feel.
Hulda Clark speaks about a two-day
Colon Cleanse at her Information website. I'll go get the page link.

Lots of interesting things there.
And, this link gives her suggestions on what
parasites like to eat, plus much much more good info...
