The root cause has not been healed or overcome, so once a particular area is conquered, the panic manifests itself in another way.

And there are times that it is impossible to discover what the root cause is.  What you said about fearing animal toys struck a bell, as when I was a child, even a baby, I was deathly afraid of any type of insect.  I would literally go hysterical.  To this day I still have a problem with insects, although I handle it much better.  In these two instances, where in the world did this fear come from?  Could we have been frightened when we were mere infants and not remember it, or (and I may be going out on a limb here in certain circles) could this be a fear carried over from a past life experience?

Lastly, you may need a therapist to put things in perspective for you.  We all need this at times, as we are just too emotionally involved in our issues.

These are magnificent tools which I, myself, use.  Panic and anxiety is both emotional and physical and many times it is merely because we are nutritionally deficient.  Once corrected, we are healed.

Needless to say, you must have no junk food, processed foods, starches, additives, sugars, sweeteners, sodas, fast foods,  No "comfort" foods.  These foods are also responsible for the symptoms that cause panic and anxiety.
