I used to be very strickly healthy. However with time, I loosen up. I try my best to each healthy food (70% of my diet).
I try to stay away from simple carbs (because they make me feel sleepy). I love veggies. I have them as much as I can. I try to stay away from milk and cheese because they upset my stomache.
I also take multi-vitamin everyday and I drink planty of water.
