Re: vomiting up Epsom salt in 1st attempted flush

I take my Epsom Salts with apple juice followed by one soft peppermint candy to cut the taste. If I do not have peppermint then I suck on a wedge of lemon. I sometimes feel nauseous after taking the Epsom Salts , I have even aborted flushes if I felt too bad.
This may sound very personal, but how are your bowels? You may need to do a little bowel cleansing to gewt thing moving faster if the Epsom Salt makes you very ill. If you colon is full of fecal material, the the Epsom Salts do seem to cause a lot of trouble.
