vomiting up Epsom salt in 1st attempted flush

Dear Experienced Liver Flushers,

I need your advice and guidance on my liver flush. Yesterday I attempted my first liver flush. I tried to combine Julia Chang's and Clark's method, because I thought, well, the more "potent" the better, right? So, in Juliz Chang's method, I went 2 whole days drinking only 14 cups of apple juice daily and nothing else, and then start the flush on the second day:

Day 1: Drink 14 cups of apple juice every 2 hours. No eating at all.
Day 2: Drink 14 cups of apple juice every 2 hours. No eating at all.
(By end of day 2 I had no more bowel movements due to no intake of food for the prior 48 hours.)

On the evening of Day 2: I drank 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salt in 3/4 cups of water.
About one hour and 50 minutes later, I was so thirsty so I took little sips of water to ensure that I do not get dehydrated. Well, about 5 minutes later, I threw up about 1/2 cup of Epsom Salts over the kitchen sink. I gave up the flush at this time. All I wanted to do was NOT to throw up again. 20 minutes went by. I was afraid that I would get dehydrated again, so I took sips of water again, then, I threw up the second time, I threw up at least 3 cups of very clear yellow water and simultaneously butt pee'ed (alot).

Question 1: Could the very clear yellow water that I threw up the second time be stomach acid, the apple juice that I had consumed 4 hours earlier, or bile?

Question 2: When you did your very first liver flush, what happened after you drank the first dose of Epsom salt? Did you feel naueous, and/or throw up like I did?

Question 3: Was it a mistake to drink water after the cut-off time of 2pm?

Question 4: Since I fasted for about 48 hours before I took the first dose of Epsom Salts , there was no bowel movements left for me anyways, so the Epsom Salts had no diarrhea effect. Do you guys have diarrhea after the first dose of Epsom salts?

While I was threwing up I had thought to myself that no way would I purposely put my body through this agony again. But, I did feel that the area under my right rib cage where the gallbladder was, was doing "somersaults". That was the best way I could describe it. It was as if something "cleared up" in that area.

Any suggestions or guidance would be highly appreciated. I need your help!!!
