Wow this is a ton of information...all of it good and relevant, however,

The goal of this document is to give someone a brief overview of the protocol with enough general information to peak their interest to give it a try of seek more detailed information.

So perhaps we should simplify the baths to a base bath of just:
2 quarts of H2O2 and 1 1b of Epsom Salts and then provide a link to a website or forum address that has more detailed information about the baths?
