Your comment: The major minerals your body needs are: calcium, chloride, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and sulphur. Additionally your body also needs numerous minerals in trace amounts like iodine, copper, manganese, selenium and many more.
Correction: It may be better to say that the major minerals our body needs are: Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, and some Phosphorus and Sulfur and Trace amounts the Trace Minerals of Manganese, Iron, Copper, Zinc, iodine, chloride, selenium and the rest of the Trace Minerals in very small amounts !
