--2nd Correction on Water intake--Edited

Hi Evan,

Your comment: As far as water is concerned, we should be drinking approximate 1/2 an ounce of water per pound of body weight for an inactive person. Assuming you weigh 160 pounds that would be ten 8 ounce glass per day. If you are active athletically, then this quantity should be raised to 2/3 of an ounce per pound of body weight. This should be consumed slowly through the day.

Edit: Drink Enough Purified Water (Chlorine and Chemical free)
Make sure you are drinking at least 1/2 an ounce of water per pound of body weight for an inactive person. Assuming you weigh 160 pounds that would be 10 eight ounce glasses of water per day. If you are active athletically, then this quantity should be raised to 2/3 of an ounce per pound of body weight or 13 eight ounce glasses of water per day. You should be consuming
the water slowly through out the day rather than in large quantities all at once.

This Edit needs to be changed as the 1st part per the below suggestiond. End edit.

Correction: This idea may not be correct when one considers each persons Genetics and each persons "Different" Sodium to Potassium ratios and if we are talking about during Hot weather or Cold weather and each of these in comparision to the Sodium to Potassium ratios !

What may be a Better idea may be to consider that one should drink enough Clean water to satisfy ones thirst and enough so that ones Urine does "Not" become and stay dark colored !

In other words if ones Urine is "NOT" Clear, then one is not drinking enough Clean Water ! How much Simpler can this be and each person may look at their Urine color and determine each day if they are drinking enough Clean Water or not !

Cause and Effect !

If our urine color is Dark Yellow or Brown etc, then our Kidneys are being overloaded with too much Toxins in too Concentrated of an amount, which may Damage our Kidneys?

Also our Liver may also be Damaged because it also has the job of Removing the Toxins from our body !

Clean water is Very Important !

"WE" are What "WE" Eat and Drink !

Smile Tis your choice.
