That's some good ideas there! Yeah, I definitely feel like I overeat! I might need to fast again! But maybe not just yet, it's only been a couple of months since my 28-day juice fast :)
Yeah, I use quite a bit of nuts and soaked grains, and of course those dried dates. I definitely have to see what happens when I keep those out of the diet for a while.
One more thing I've been wondering is why even soaked prunes and flaxseed don't seem to ease my constipation?
Another thing is that I seem to function best somewhere between 80 and 90% raw, I seem to go easier. I do get a tummy ache rather easily, though, so obviously I need to figure out what to eat and how much at a time. I'm sure I can increase the raw intake from there, little by little.
