28 day fast is a great thing. There are some cooked foods such as baked potato and whole grain bread (home made) have some benefits. Pizza bad,bad,bad as Jeff said. Pies and cakes are also bad. Add more varieties of fruits, mangoes, papaya, pears, plums, grapes, all types of berries. I actually love making smoothies from all types of berries. You can even make ice cream from lot of these fruits and not use dairy. Also grow your own sprouts, mung is a wonderful bean to sprout and eat it. For hair use amla and shikakai shampoo, usually found in Indian stores. Also think about liver flush.
