Re: How safe & effective is Hydrocortisone for AF
Thanks Venal for this post.
I have a few questions that came up out of your post. You say my levels are not very low, but you also say "someone as sick as me". Am I a mild case of AF. It sure doesn't feel that way, I'm am on empty for years now. Maybe it's the thyroid?
If I am low, then in your opinion, would it be better to try to let the adrenals heal themselves. 3 of my dr say I am severe? I'm confused. How can the adrenals heal on their own if we don't take something.
The isocort.. why do think or why did they tell you it wouldn't help. I'm thinking it's milder than HC? I may be wrong, have looked it up only and see I can buy it on line.
In your opinion, would you think HC would be a good thing for me to try. The dr yesterday seemed concerned, but I am out of his expertise, and it worries me to take the HC under his direction. the pharmacist that I have compound says she can guide me, but I feel shaky about her directing me to. She does consults, etc for people with AF.
If I am just a little low, do you think I can turn this around with what? I know I must have sleep, I SO know that. I have tried a lot of things, noting works, or it makes me very sick or strange. I am very chemically sensitive to drugs, etc. I did buy some L-Thenine tonight and will take it to see how it works.
Dr. Wilson's products.... do you think it's a waste of my money? Seriously, because I sure don't need to waste any more money.
I will pm you, and see where your dr is. I am in AZ, don't know how far your dr is from me.
Thank you for your help and hope to hear back from you. : )
