Re: MC and Salt Water flush problems
It was really difficult for me to stick with it the first time. Everyone I knew was aware that I was on the
Master-Cleanse and tried their best, jokingly, to stop me from succeeding. They all had those little comments saying how it is not healthy, they always ate in front of me and I think that added to my motivation. After 2 weeks I had lost 10lbs my
Acne was clearing up, i was feeling better, motivated, I had a ton of energy and I think that sort of shut them up. As for advice I would say take it one day at a time. I tried a water only cleanse and I totally failed because i was counting the days. With
The Master Cleanse I woke up and said today I am going to do 1 day of
The Master Cleanse and I didn't think about the 9 days left or 15 days left. My goal was to succeed with that particular day and it worked for me. I had originally wanted to only do 5 days because I was afraid and unsure of myself but each day I felt a little stronger. And the best thing about it is that I learned through out the day how to not focus on eating. I think everyone has their tricks, it can be difficult but after a few days you forget and learn to listen to your body. You are really not hungry, and for me being an over eater / emotional eater i learned how to control that a little more. I learned to listen to my body and I learned one day without food isn't going to kill me. Most of all I learned how eating the right foods make me feel so much better, full of energy and just happier. I don't know what to tell you, some people say keep busy to keep your mind off food. Personally I like to feel hungry so I know what it feels like. I finally found the Yogi Tea and today is my first day if you want you can join me on the
Master-Cleanse and email me. Just remember 1 day at a time.
