Re: MC and Salt Water flush problems

If you are sure you cannot handle either the swf or the laxative tea, try one of the magnesium peroxide based colon cleansers like Colosan or Oxypowder . There are also less expensive brands put out by supplement companies. The magnesium oxide and peroxide work by drawing fluid into the colon so the body can flush out the excess magnesium. This may not follow the original plan of the Master Cleanse, but it will allow you to cleanse without the problems you are facing now. After the first week, you may not need to flush out the colon everyday, although you need to determine that for yourself. Avoid fibers and chemical laxatives since both will interfere with the cleanse. The magnesium based flushes should not affect the Master-Cleanse and since you can control the dosage, they will be suited to your individual needs and more gentle to your system. The big drawback is the added expense, but you may find it worth the cost to achieve a good cleanse without pain and nausea.
