Re: MC and Salt Water flush problems

Before you go trying things that are not part of the designed MC program and are usually expensive to boot you can try what I and many others have found works which is to steep the tea for only 3 to 5 mins. The brand of tea can also make a difference.

For me Smooth Move even though it was more tolerable after steeping it for just 5 mins I still felt a little cramping through out the day. I switched to "Get Regular" Yogi tea and that worked fine.

The type of salt you use on the SWF can make all the difference in the world. Most experienced MCers use Celtic Sea salt. Just to check a common mistake is doing 2 TABLEspoon instead of 2 TEAspoons + 32 ozs water.

Being well hydrated is also very important in the success of the SWF. If you're not drinking water in addition to the lemonades you need to to start and if you are drinking water you need to significantly up your intake.

My personal routine and one that has helped many others is 1st thing in the morning drink 16ozs water to make sure you are well hydrated then 1/2 hr later do the SWF then 1hr later do 1 qt plain water.
