MC and Salt Water flush problems

Hi, i did The Master Cleanse before for 30 days and now i am starting again and I would like to go 40 days, the problem now is the salt water flush and the laxative tea. Before the salt water flush just made my stomach hurt so i just ignored the pain and dealt with it, now, this second time i can't even hold it down. i vomit right away which has been making me sick, I have done that 4 days in a row which made it very uncomfortable for me to start the master cleanse. And the laxative tea just gives me cramps all day so what can I do? I was thinking of taking a regular laxative pill but i am afraid i wont receive all the benefits of the cleanse. Any suggestions?
