I think it is low cortisol in the afternoon and high in the morning. I have a supplement for the morning that works but I don't know what to do about the afternoon. Please don't misunderstand, my health problems with my hormones have been a gigantic burden since last November and have greatly affected my life. Absolutely no rudeness meant, but I just wanted to know what could be a factor in this 5pm mood change, not if I'm having the time of my life lol. Thanks guys
