Seasonal fruits (likes blueberries/other berries),grape, organic apples. Eat raw. I measured brix lately, they are above 12.
What kind of sprouts and etc make up the salad?
Broccli sprouts, mung bean spruots, green beens, plus spniach.

What kind of Veg with the brown rice?
Carrots, sweat potatos, tomatos, cabbage, brussel sprouts, I steam them. Sometime just make salad.
Where is your Protein comming from?
I have a raw yogurt mid-day, and some soaked raw nuts.
What do you drink?
1 pinch Epson slat, 1 tb BSM, 1-5 tb lime water, half lemon. I make three drinks like this and take them to work and drink throughout day (I have small jar frontier kelp in office).
How is your food seasoned with and what and how much?
Lemon/flax seed oil
