5-7 days into ML protocol, I did feel more energy. My diet has been: Breakfast: oatmeal/fruits, lunch sprouts salad/whole wheat bread, Dinner at 6:00PM, brown rice/veg.
The only thing I have changed was to increase my drink and kelp to 3-4 drinks/3-4 tsb, respectively. I don't eat protein before bed. Every day detox bath with H2O2. And my health went down hill.
During the high does drink and kelp, I also experience hair loss.
